Munch Time!: Power Mix Fruit

Hi all, now I want to share about recipe. To eat healtier, we suppose to eat more fruits and vegies, but the matter is, sometimes we get bored just to eat plain vegie or fruit like usual. To fix it, we can make juice, smoothies, or salad, yes, salad, it's very simple to make a bowl of salad, just add your favorite vegie or fruit then apply a dressing, and it's ready to serve. I have y favorite kind of salad with honey dressing instead of thousand island or olive oil. Let's check it out ;D



The Item  

  • 2 tomatoes
  • Cucumber 
  • Papayas
  • Aloe veras
  • Honey
  • Dates

How To Make


  • First, chop the tomatoes and cucumber, put them in your bowl, don't forget to wash the vegie first
  • Apply the honey dressing, 2 tea spoon is enough (for me) you don't want your salad goes too sweet
  • After that, chop the dates (kurma), put them in your bowl
  • Next, add a bag of aloe veras, I love them, if they packed with sugar and water, just take aloe veras.
  • Last, add papayas until your bowl nearly full and stir them.
  • put them on refrigerator for a while wont hurt, serve them when cold.

That's is my favorite salad, it's refreshing, give you energy (from dates and honey) and vitamin. After I count the total calorie for this salad with MyFitnessPall, and it count around 300-354 cal. I call it Power Mix Fruit, wanna try? :D
